Age 2.

Raised in Texas and growing up a nerd in a half American, half Chinese household, Sarah Lim learned to have a sense of humor about life. A self-proclaimed humorist, she received her first camera at age seven for her birthday.
When her dad threatened to stop developing her film, because he said good pictures must have people in them, she turned her eye toward people photography. She especially likes taking photos of regular people, usually doing irregular things.
She studied Photojournalism at The University of Texas in Austin, and then went on to intern at The Detroit Free Press and Victoria Advocate newspapers. Her interest in the off-beat comes from her love of stories and tall tales.
On the job, she once was less than two-feet from a live 12-foot-gator's mouth.
Usually going by first name + last name, she lives, works, and eats everything in sight in Austin, TX.
